Reed Clancy: Reed is an associate attorney with the law firm Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Reed focuses her practice primarily on trademark and copyright law, counseling clients on trademark and copyright licensing matters, trademark prosecution and enforcement strategies, and auditing trademark portfolios to develop national and international filing strategies. Reed is experienced in negotiating and drafting intellectual property agreements and contracts, including trademark licenses and coexistence agreements. She also has experience conducting and analyzing legal due diligence regarding trademark, copyright and patent assets in commercial transactions, including finance deals, mergers and acquisitions. Reed’s practice also includes intellectual property litigation, particularly before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and she has experience advocating for clients in domain name dispute resolution proceedings before the World Intellectual Property Organization’s Arbitration and Mediation Center. Reed received her J.D. from University of Houston Law Center and her B.A., cum laude, from The University of Houston.
