About me
Heidi serves as Xerox’s Deputy General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel, where she leads the Legal Department’s Intellectual Property, Business Counseling, Legal Operations, and Workplace Relations teams. Heidi also currently serves as the Reinvention Workstream lead for the Office of the General Counsel and is an active member of The Women’s’ Alliance employee resource group.
Prior to joining Xerox, Heidi was a partner at the law firm of Ward Greenberg LLP, and Senior Counsel and Director of Patent Litigation at Kodak, where she played an integral role in enforcing Kodak’s digital camera patents and counseled Kodak’s consumer digital business. She began her career as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Telesca, then Chief Judge for the United States District Court, Western District of New York and has also held positions at Kirkland & Ellis and the University of Rochester Medical Center. Heidi received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Boston College Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Rochester.
